RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Apollo Frames, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the ACL.


  1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (NON-DEFECTIVE)

We offer returns for change-of-mind under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 28 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are free for Australian orders
  • Refunds are subject to a $9.95 restocking fee

Important:

  • Sale items and promotional items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns
  • This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Condition of Returns:
Items must be returned in resellable condition. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or without original packaging, we may refuse the return or apply a deduction of up to 30% of the purchase price.

This condition does not apply to items returned due to a fault or defect.


  1. FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your product is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

This may include:

  • A refund or replacement for a major failure
  • A repair or replacement for a minor failure

We may require proof of purchase to process your claim.

Where possible, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue before returning the item.

Apollo Frames will cover return shipping costs for confirmed faulty products.


  1. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not offer direct exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your order for a refund and placing a new order.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Apollo Frames is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


  1. PROCESSING TIMES

Once your return is received at our warehouse:

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
